Service Description
Re-Roofing, New Roofs, New Home Builds or New Large or Detailed Homes are traditionally where the Residential Roofing Final Inspection provides the best value. The amount of roofing and exterior water proofing details that are left open and will cause problems after the first (1) year when the builder or roofer is typically out of warranty can be vast and expensive. Because final inspection services are somewhat tedious and involve a detailed report the value is better when the cost of the service is justified by the savings. Most new roofs have items that need correction and should not be put off because slow leaks often cause wood rot over years and go undetected because they are small. We typically include a quick review of the exterior envelope and windows if the size and accessibility for those items are within reason for the time allotted. Why pay for a Final Inspection? Each issue can bring separate ill-timed repair charges. Typical Roofers charge a repair minimum in excess of $750.00 Interior Damages from leaks often exceed $500.00 When possible DO NOT PAYOFF YOU ROOFER until a Final Roofing Inspection has been completed.

Murfreesboro TN. 37128. -- REFUNDS: There are no refunds and we will conduct a Bid Review where possible with in 24 to 72 business hours, but this may extend longer during high volume seasons, extreme weather, unusual bid conditions where further research or specialized trades are needed. Bid reviews should be considered opinions based on our experience and are not for legal purposes. Refunds may be issued 30 days after the bid documents are received and only if no bid review was performed. Failure to provide bid documents after a transaction online will result in an office administration fee of $50.00 to $90.00 before any partial refunds are mailed via check.
