Refund Policy

IMPORTANT – All Roofing Consultants of Tennessee personal have the right to refuse to access any unsafe or inaccessible roof or such as they (RCofTN) or the individual employee themselves deem unsafe.  Where access is not permissible due to excessive foliage, unreachable anchor points, slip conditions such as ice, algae or snow please text or call (615) 605-5027.  If ladder access could be an issue and you are unsure if you should prepay for a service it is better to send a Request for Information (RFP) to RR@RCofTN.com.

Scheduling, Payment, and Cancellations

Payment is due at the time of booking for the available Online Booking Services with defined parameters and prices.  Other services obtained through proposals by RCofTN will have payment terms set forth in the proposal such as: deposit, balance or a defined portion due at the time of service, or upon delivery of the report, as stated in the service confirmation.

Quoted pricing applies only to the Web Services Listed and their specific scope as described RCofTN.com. Additional travel, additional photographs, expanded reporting, interior review, attic review, moisture testing, consultation time, expert consultation, or follow-up services require a separate fee approval in writing.

If the site is inaccessible, unsafe, materially different from the scope described by the client, or requires substantially more time than a standard web Services scope or any Proposal we send, Roofing Consultants of Tennessee may reschedule the service, decline to proceed, or issue a revised fee quote before continuing.

A missed appointment, denied access, failure to state ladder requirements, or steep slope danger conditions, or a late cancellation will likely result in a cancellation or trip charge.
