Service Description
Before you pay your roofer, always get a 3rd Party (RCofTN) final inspection, ensure everything is proper to trained eyes. Note: See Custom Proposal Email RR@RCofTN.com for projects over 35,000 sq/ft ++ Open or partially open laps, high fasteners, skewed plates, drain bowl bolts and scupper issues that can be identified as potential near term or 3 to 5 year leaks should be identified and corrected before you pay the roofer. Field issues where insulation feels wrong under the feet or is bucked up stressing the membrane need to be identified and corrected. Trades damage, cut or deep scratches on the membrane from dragging bags, equipment or improper tool placement even welding burn throughs from soldering copper lines are commonly discovered on commercial final inspections. Fuel, adhesive or chemical spills that are left to linger can be problematic. The Roofer may say your roof is done, but job fatigue and human factors often blind good intentions. You can usually find something wrong with every “Finished” roof that was missed or deserves attention. DO NOT PAY YOUR ROOFER UNTIL IT PASSES RCofTN’s FINAL INSPECTION.

No Scheduling Necessary - You may Email for a Proposal Request or just Pay & Pick a time on the scheduler (this allocates work hours to your project). Next submit the bid documents to be reviewed by RCofTN preferably by email to RR@RCofTN.com and Subject: Bid Review or deliver paper copies to the Office at 109 Goldenrod Cir. Murfreesboro TN. 37128. -- REFUNDS: There are no refunds and we will conduct a Bid Review where possible with in 24 to 72 business hours, but this may extend longer during high volume seasons, extreme weather, unusual bid conditions where further research or specialized trades are needed. Bid reviews should be considered opinions based on our experience and are not for legal purposes. Refunds may be issued 30 days after the bid documents are received and only if no bid review was performed. Failure to provide bid documents after a transaction online will result in an office administration fee of $50.00 to $90.00 before any partial refunds are mailed via check.
