Estimators working for a Roofing Company have their own interests in mind and are beholden to certain manufacturers means and methods or volume bonuses rather than what is best for your roof. Whether it’s Residential or Commercial the Competitive Bid Review is money well spent. Because we deal with Reroofing projects so often; we have our finger on the pulse of the industry. We can help you if the price is too high and warn you if the price is too low. Limit 5 Bids you submit to us the same day; please note how many bids you are including. Next submit the bid documents to be reviewed by RCofTN preferably by email to RR@RCofTN.com and Subject: Bid Review or deliver paper copies to the Office at 109 Goldenrod Cir. Murfreesboro TN. 37128. -- REFUNDS: There are no refunds and we will conduct a Bid Review where possible with in 24 to 72 business hours, but this may extend longer during high volume seasons, extreme weather, unusual bid conditions where further research or specialized trades are needed. Bid reviews should be considered opinions based on our experience and are not for legal purposes. Refunds may be issued 30 days after the bid documents are received and only if no bid review was performed. Failure to provide bid documents after a transaction online will result in an office administration fee of $50.00 to $90.00 before any partial refunds are mailed via check.
